Beat It Night is a monthly social event open to the general public but run in a safe and welcoming way for people who may otherwise find a night out in town an overwhelming or inaccessible.  We find the nights are very popular with everyone including people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health conditions.

The Beat It Night is a chance to get together and just have some fun, sit and have a chat or get up and have a boogie.

The Beat It Night is a place where people could meet old friends and make new ones, perhaps even start a romance.

We have live music at every Beat It night and we provide opportunities for artists from all backgrounds to showcase their talents, including musicians, dancers and poets.   As part of the night their is a DJ and an open mic session.

The Beat It Night is a night for celebration.

The Fire Pit, Halifax

The Fire Pit Bar is a fully accessible venue which flat inside with lift access to the different areas and floors.

The venue is a funky and stylish place for everyone to enjoy. With a vintage car taking pride of place as a DJ booth.

Parking Information:

  • There is On Street parking on Powell Street which is free after 6.00pm.
  • The car park next to The Salvation is free after 6.00pm.
